TL;DR You are in good hands, even though the entrance is in an alley don't let that dissuade you from giving it a chance! Patiently waited at the entrance until they opened at 20h, even though Maps said it was closed until 22:00h. Immediately was offered to call in advance if I was going to order takeaway, and she talked about a delivery service app that will offer a discount called "passo de cuinar" for Vic residents. The hostess then took my order and allowed me to take a seat of my choice. Ordered 5 people's worth of food.

The food is ok. But the service is super bad, two of our order were understood wrong we waited half an hour for a solution but nobody talked with us. When we’re paying the woman didn’t apologise but treated my girlfriend in an rude way. There definitely many better option to eat in Vic
